Vivanco is an anaerobic natural coffee from Peru. It underwent anaerobic fermentation immediately after harvest, followed by natural processing on shaded raised beds. This is one of the funkier coffees we've released at Outer Dark, presenting notes of ultra ripe berries and fermented fruit liqueur, while maintaining a nice chocolatey backbone and clean finish.
