Put Out The Sun is a one-off dark roast blend that incorporates 75% Washed Vietnam Arabica, and 25% Natural Process Rwanda. The way these two coffees played off one another begged for dark roast experimentation, and we’re super happy with the results! Put Out The Sun gives us notes of dark chocolate mousse, roasted pecans, salted soft pretzel, pipe tobacco, and smooth vanilla bean. It’s classic and new at the same time, and is ideal for all immersion brewing methods, and also makes a mean cold brew!
