Pink Bourbon Anaerobic is a very special coffee bursting with tropical Piña Colada flavors! Grown by Claudia Samboni at Finca Las Nubes farm in Huila Colombia, this Pink Bourbon lot was selected specifically for Anaerobic Washed processing. The coffee cherries were fermented for 100hrs in airtight tanks, then pulped, then fermented again for an additional 100hrs before being fully washed. The result is an extremely fruity and funky coffee with notes of pineapple, coconut cream, ripe strawberries, jasmine, watermelon, and hibiscus.
