In Bloom is our Spring Blend incorporating a berry-forward natural processed coffee and a full bodied washed coffee from Huila Colombia, in addition to a washed coffee from Rwanda. Our goal was to create a snappy fruit-forward blend to make us forget about the winter months and WILL SPRING INTO EXISTENCE! In Bloom pops in the cup with bright notes of honeysuckle, melon rind, plum, and Brut champagne, balanced by a smooth backbone of chocolate covered strawberries.
