This is a tremendously tasty decaf, if we dare say so ourselves. I know lots of folks have “death before decaf” tattooed on their forehead, but we think our uncaffeinated customers deserve an amazing tasting decaf, and that’s what we’re aiming for! This single origin Swiss Water Processed coffee from Guatemala is balanced and bright, making for a lovely cup with notes of salted caramel, pecans, and milk chocolate. We pull it on espresso at our cafe, but it’s also excellent for drip, pour over, and french press. Drink coffee late at night, see if I care!
