Araujo Ries and family incorporate their strong beliefs in social equity and environmental protection into every aspect of their farm, from offering schooling and safe housing for their employees, as well as implementing stringent wastewater treatment protocols.
This peaberry lot is nutty, chocolaty, and sweet, with peanut butter notes jumping right out of the bag! When brewed, Brazil Peaberry gives off notes of peanut butter milk chocolate (think Reese’s Puff Cereal), along with notes of vanilla and nougat. Roasted just light of medium, this one is ideal for pour over, drip, or espresso.
